This week, Pop-Dot announced that they’ve been selected by Greenway Station as the shopping-and-lifestyle center’s new Marketing Agency of Record. The appointment follows a months-long review spearheaded by Greenway Station’s Nicole Sjogren; a review which included interviews and presentations from several marketing agencies.

“Greenway Station really is a unique offering in the Madison area,” said Kate Ewings, Partner at Pop-Dot, when asked about the new partnership. “With its major retail stores, next to boutique shops, a few steps away from distinguishing restaurants and entertainment…there are just so many reasons to love Greenway Station.”

The open-air center, which is located in Middleton, Wisconsin, is part of the RED Development portfolio, a real estate firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. RED counts 34 properties in its portfolio, totaling 17 million square feet of property in 11 states. Greenway Station itself is a sprawling 291,000 square feet, anchored by DSW, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Michaels and World Market.

“I’m sure I can speak for everyone at Pop-Dot when I say that we’re really looking forward to working with a partner like Nicole at Greenway Station,” said Shelley Beere, Pop-Dot’s Senior Brand Strategist. “She has a passion for the brand that we share, and she seems to have a lot of fun—and all the while, she gets great things done.”

The partnership is the first win publically announced by Pop-Dot in 2017. It follows a year of big wins in 2016, which included the likes of sausage-giant Johnsonville, Hollywood-equipment mainstay Sound Devices, nationally-renowned healthcare service provider Erdman, catalog retailer Ginny’s, among others.
