On February 16, 2019, the Madison American Advertising Federation hosted their 51st American Advertising Awards: the industry’s largest and most representative annual competition. The awards represent the creative spirit of excellence in advertising, and are given only to the industry’s best and brightest agencies. Among the top Madison advertising agencies to win was Pop-Dot, whose client work was recognized with six Gold ADDY awards, and four Silver—the agency’s winningest year to date.

Pop-Dot President, Jason Fish, said of the awards, “I’m so incredibly proud of our team. For all of the awards, of course, but more-so because the work we’ve done over the past year has touched every corner of our agency, from strategy to creative to digital. Being able to create work that so holistically leverages our expertise, and then to watch that work really captivate our target, has been truly inspiring.”

Pop-Dot’s winning work highlighted the agency’s evolved approach, claiming a combined ten Gold and Silver ADDYs across several distinct categories: Packaging Design; Website Design; Digital Publications; Online Video Campaign; Online Interactive Campaign; Logo Design and more.

“We couldn’t be happier to share the news with our clients,” said Kate Ewings, Pop-Dot’s Senior Director. “We’ve seen first-hand the positive impact that winning these awards has on our clients’ businesses. So, it’s a celebration for both the awards the work has won, and the real business effects that the work is creating.”

Pop-Dot plans to release a full list of honors in the coming weeks, along with details on each of the winning pieces. In the meantime, they’re hard at work producing more deliverables for their clients which, if history has taught us anything, may very well grace the stage at next year’s American Advertising Awards, too.
