Pop-Dot Clients Win Big at 50th Annual American Advertising Awards
On February 24th, we had the good fortune to attend the American Advertising Awards; the industry’s largest and most representative annual competition. This year, on the event’s 50th anniversary nonetheless, Pop-Dot and our clients received seven American Advertising Awards across five distinct categories.
“This past year has been incredible,” remarked Account Manager, Kylie Noell. “We’ve collaborated with our clients on so many unique projects, from print materials to website design to video production. So, to be recognized for all of that work, and to be able to share it with our clients, is really special.”
Being a full-service agency, many of our clients had winning work that spanned mediums and categories alike, including: Sales & Marketing; Print Advertising; Film, Video & Sound; Online Interactive; and Cross Platform. But the highlight of the night came when our print work for Madison Reading Project and digital work for Nonn’s received not one, but two ADDYs—a silver and gold for each project.
“Every marketing agency loves winning awards for their clients,” said Kate Ewings, Pop-Dot’s Senior Director. “But what’s really important is that they’re happy with the work. If we can finish a project knowing our clients got exactly what they wanted, when they wanted it, and that they had fun along the way, then it’s a win in our book.”
The 50th American Advertising Awards was certainly an event to remember, resulting in five silver and two gold wins across multiple categories. These awards serve as a testament not only to our team, but to the phenomenal clients that make up our roster. Their ability to collaborate, inform and inspire our work is what makes these accomplishments possible.
