The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative annual competition. On February 9th, the Madison Chapter of the American Advertising Federation held its own virtual ceremony, where Madison-based agency, Pop-Dot was honored with 5 American advertising Awards across 5 categories. Over 250 entries were received.

Kate Ewings, Pop-Dot’s Senior Director, said of the awards, “We’re continually honored to be recognized for our client work—across so many categories, industries, and mediums. Even more so, we’re thrilled to share this honor and accomplishment with our clients. At Pop-Dot, marketing and advertising are approached as a team, and we always work in collaboration with our clients, so credit is shared with each of them as well.”

Pop-Dot’s awarded work highlighted the agency’s collaborative and creative approach, claiming a combined five awards across several distinct categories: Integrated Advertising Campaign, Website Design, Email Marketing, Cross-Platform Digital Marketing, Online Interactive Campaign, and more. For the fifth year in a row, one of the agency’s integrated campaigns—an award recognizing multiple mediums—received an award in the same category.

“Each of our clients—from the international brands, to the small, local shops—have been amazing to work with,” said, Kate Ewings. “We love sharing the news with our clients. Their trust, willingness to collaborate, and excitement for our creative and evolved approach is what enables us to produce such creative, award-winning work. We’re very grateful for that.”

Pop-Dot says they’re still in the process of informing their clients of the exciting news, but plans on releasing the full list of winning work in the coming weeks.
